By using QrOrders, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TeamThink Solutions.
2. Description
QrOrders is a cloud-based QR ordering platform for restaurants and cafes. Our service allows hospitality venues to digitize their menus and receive orders from customers through a specialized web-based interface.
3. Accounts & Security
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and monitoring all activity on your account. Please report any unauthorized access immediately.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use QrOrders for any unlawful purposes, interfere with our systems, or attempt unauthorized access to other accounts. The reselling of our services without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
5. Subscription & Trials
QrOrders operates on a SaaS model. We offer a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial period, a paid subscription is necessary to continue using the service. Payment processing is handled securely by Paystack.
6. Availability
We do not guarantee 100% uptime but strive for maximum reliability. We will provide reasonable notice for any scheduled maintenance whenever possible.
7. Limitation of Liability
TeamThink Solutions is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use QrOrders. Use of our platform is at your own risk.
8. Modifications
We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.
