QrOrders is a premium SaaS product by TeamThink Solutions. We are committed to providing a reliable and efficient ordering platform for our customers.

2. Free Trial

We provide a 30-day free trial for all new businesses. No credit card is required to start your trial. During this period, you have full access to the platform to evaluate its features and benefits.

3. Billing

After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using QrOrders. Billing is processed securely through Paystack and is charged in advance for the upcoming period.

4. No Refunds

Strictly no refunds are provided after a payment has been processed. This policy covers unused time, forgotten cancellations, inactivity, or any other reason for seeking a refund. The 30-day free trial is intended to give you ample time to decide if the platform meets your needs.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Once cancelled, future billing will stop immediately. You will continue to have access to the platform until the end of your current paid period.
