QROrders is a digital ordering and restaurant management platform operated by TeamThink Solutions (Pty) Ltd. We provide software tools to help restaurants manage orders, digital menus, and digital ledgers.

2. Restaurant Terms

Subscription billing is handled securely via Paystack.
Your plan features and limits are exactly as shown on the pricing page.
Restaurants are entirely responsible for their own customer relationships and payment collections.

3. House Account Terms

QROrders provides digital account tracking only. Restaurants collect funds directly from their customers. QROrders does not hold, transfer, or guarantee any customer funds. Balance records are provided as a convenience tool only. Restaurants are solely responsible for accurate balance management.

4. Customer Terms

House Account balances are held by the restaurant, not by QROrders.If a restaurant closes or ceases to use QROrders, you must contact the restaurant directly regarding your balance. QROrders is not liable for restaurant insolvency or their failure to honour account balances.
