1. What We Collect

• Restaurant data: Menus, orders, and business information.
• Customer ordering data: Items ordered, time of order, and preferences.
• House Account balance and transaction records: Tracking of credits, debits, and adjustments.
• Payment data: Processed by Paystack — we do not store credit card details on our servers.

2. House Account Data

Balance records are stored securely and are only visible to the respective restaurant and the account holder. We do not share your balance data with any third parties. Transaction records are retained for 5 years for accounting and compliance purposes.

3. Customer Funds

QROrders does not hold customer funds. Restaurants collect payments directly (via cash, EFT, or their own card machines). QROrders only records the digital ledger of those transactions. Restaurants are solely responsible for their own customer payment relationships.

4. POPIA Rights

In accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. You may also object to the processing of your personal information.
