QROrders House Accounts are a digital ledger service. Here is what you need to know:

For Customers

Your House Account balance is held by the restaurant, not by QROrders.
QROrders provides the digital tracking infrastructure only.
If you have a dispute about your balance, you must contact the restaurant directly.
QROrders is not a financial institution and does not hold or transfer your money.

For Restaurants

You are entirely responsible for accurately crediting and debiting customer accounts.
All balance changes are logged with a full, immutable audit trail.
You are responsible for your customers' funds. QROrders provides the software tool only.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER

QROrders does not provide any guarantee that balances will be honoured in the event of restaurant closure or insolvency. The financial relationship is strictly between the customer and the restaurant.
